Children's Coaching Spring 2019 programme

I am now setting up the spring programme of classes. A similar regime will be followed to that of last autumn’s season, i.e. the lessons will be on Sunday afternoons and grouped into ages (some flexibility possible based on ability). Classes for those aged 3 to 4yrs will be 30 minutes and for all other age groups will be an hour. Amelia Black will be our coach.

I will confirm exact groupings and timings of the spring classes once I know numbers. As an indication, last year the 3 to 4 year olds started at 1.00pm and we finished up with 14 to 16 year olds at 5.30 - 6.30pm. I will do my best to group siblings in consecutive classes to save families hanging around all afternoon.

Our dates will be

Sun 28 Apr - Session 1

Sun 5 May - Session 2

Sun 12 May - Session 3

Sun 19 May - Session 4

Sun 26 May - bank holiday break

Sun 2 Jun - Session 5

Sun 9 Jun - Session 6

Sun 16 Jun - Session 7

Assuming a full uptake as last season, the cost should remain at £6.00 per lesson (£42.00 for 7 lessons) and the 3-4 yrs olds programme will be £3.00 per lesson (£21.00 for 7 lessons).

Membership of the Warriston Community Tennis Club is required (details here https://www.wct.club/membership) - payment for classes must be made in advance and your child's place will not be confirmed until payment is made (please do not turn up on the day without confirmation).

Allocation of places is on a “first come, first served” basis, so an early response is recommended.

Could you please let me know by Sunday 24th March if you are interested in your child/children attending this spring programme.

If you have not previously completed the attached form, https://www.dropbox.com/s/1nakmmq1hser95i/WCTC%20Registration%20Form.doc?dl=0 please could you complete this and e-mail it to me.

Once I have numbers I will confirm the actual payment, details of how to pay and the times of the classes.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
